RoadEye™ is a wireless rear view and reversing camera which enables you to see in things you wouldn't ordinarily be able to. The mini camera transmits a live image to the viewing monitor, normally located on your dashboard.
Large Vans, Caravans, Horse Boxes and Trailers are some of the most obvious applications where blind spots are a problem and where you often need help reversing too.
There are too options for installation, you can have the camera 'live' during driving or just have the camera activate when reversing. The camera is powered via a 12v/24v feed from your vehicle or trailer lighting circuitry. The monitor can be powered either from the cigar lighter socket or wired in to a direct 12v feed.
Thats not all, let your insurance company know you have a rear view camera installed and they'll probably lower your premiums!

Would you like the ability to have more than 1 camera viewable on your monitor?
- Perhaps you have a horsebox and would like to check on horses inside as well as the view behind the vehicle itself.
- Maybe you are towing and require a view of the towing hitch along with the rearview facility?
Our 'add-on' cameras allow you to have upto 3 additional cameras in one system so whatever you want to see we can make it possible. Each camera transmits on a different frequency so you can view one camera without receiving interferance from another. While viewing camera 1 simply press the change channel button on the monitor and hey presto the view from camera 2 is shown on screen instead.

I don’t normally have problems when towing in the UK but on the continent (France especially) following drivers tend to get close up behind you so you can’t see them in your (extended) mirrors then pull out suddenly to overtake you.
The camera allowed me to keep an eye on them and also helped when I was overtaking to see when the rear of the caravan was clear (good wide angle coverage). It certainly makes life more comfortable when towing.
Will certainly recommend the unit to my caravanning colleagues.

Do you need a camera with a bit of extra power? Our standard RoadEye cameras are great for most applications but occasionally if you have a long distance between the camera and receiver or have a dense load between the two then RoadEye XXL may be for you!
Not just for HGV drivers, RoadEye XXL is for you if you have tried other cameras in the past and found them a little lacking!
